Every dollar you spend on service and parts at Grubbs Acura comes back to you as Dealer Dollars. Enrollment is free, and if you service with us you are already earning.
Search "Grubbs Acura" in the App Store or on Google Play. The app is also how service customers move from Service Rewards to Elite Rewards: download it, create your login, and your earn rate goes to 5%.
Bring your Acura in for service and you are enrolled in Service Rewards, earning 3% back on customer-pay service and parts. Nothing to sign and nothing to carry.
Download the Grubbs Acura app and create your login. That is the step that takes you to Elite Rewards and 5% back. The upgrade runs overnight, so it applies within 24 hours - a visit you complete before then still earns at 3%.
Buy a vehicle here and Elite Rewards is your default membership: 5% back on service and parts, priority loaners, Valet Plus pickup and delivery, and the rest of the Elite benefits.
Plus is the top tier, and it is optional. You get it when you add the Elite Rewards Plus package at the time of sale. Ask your salesperson to walk you through what it includes.
An Elite Rewards member spends $100 and earns $5 in Dealer Dollars. A $680 repair order earns $34 instead of $20.40.
Tell your advisor how much of your balance you want to use on service, parts or accessories. Apply all of it or part of it. Whatever you leave stays on your account.
Enrollment in Elite Rewards is free. Top Notch Ding & Dent is our on-site vendor for paintless dent repair, touch-up, buffing and minor interior work. The trade-in bonus and your covered last service visit both require trading a vehicle in at Grubbs Acura.
Beyond what you earn on service, we add Dealer Dollars for a few things that take almost no effort.
Military members get 10% off their first service on Service Rewards, or 20% off on Elite Rewards and Elite Rewards Plus.

EliteCare is a subscription maintenance program that can get you unlimited synthetic oil changes and tire rotations for the year - saving you hundreds of dollars annually. It is separate from Elite Rewards, which is free and automatic. EliteCare is a subscription you add on. Most guests should have both.
Gold Unlimited is $100 more than Silver, and it takes the limit off. Unlimited full synthetic oil changes, unlimited tire rotations and transport service, all year. It is the plan most guests choose, and it pays for itself with regular visits.
Mention EliteCare at your next visit and your advisor will walk you through all three plans.
